This workshop is aimed at all women, young and old, cyclic or not who wish to
- Connect with the beautiful and deep energies of the Crone within ourselves
- Understand the energies of the Crone within the menstrual cycle
- Find out more about the Crone and her energies as they manifest in pre and post-menopausal life
You do not need to have a menstrual cycle or a womb to attend, the Crone energies live within all of us.
Is this workshop about menopause? When our bodies are changing during peri-menopause and at the beginning of post-menopause, we walk the path of transformation established by the Enchantress archetype. It is after this transformation that we embody the energy of the Crone. However, we also embody the Crone energies when we menstruate, regardless of whether we have a regular menstrual cycle or not. This is a workshop about the Crone – who she is, what she brings to us and how we can embrace her gifts, whatever our physical stage of life.
In the workshop we meet her through story-telling and lie in her dark cave to restore our energies.
We open to her energies in a new Crone Blessing from Miranda. And we bring her wisdom into the world to guide us and others by creating Wisdom Cards. When the world is too busy, too stressful and too noisy, we simply meet the Crone in the stillness of our soul.

ACCOMMODATION: The nearest accommodations are the Namaste Lodge B&B (5 min walk) and the Parador Hotel (10 min walk), in the centre of town Hotel Etap Belfast and Premier Inn Belfast City Centre are amongst the least expensive. TRAVEL: Northern Ireland has 2 airports, Belfast City (BHD) served by FlyBe, British Airways, AerLingus, KLM, IcelandAir, and Eastern Airways and Belfast International (BFS) served by EasyJet, Jet2, Ryanair, Wizz, Virgin Atlantic, Thomas Cook, Thomson and Norwegian. However, the cheapest flights are usually found if you travel into Dublin Airport (DUB) and then take a coach into Belfast Great Victoria Coach Station. The coach journey takes just under 2 hours and if you purchase your ticket online, a return ticket will only cost you £16, have a look here.
