WITH CLAIRE MCGRATH
ONLINE GROUP VAGINAL STEAM CEREMONY AND WORKSHOP
Under the influence of the lunar eclipse energy
Saturday 20th November 2021 6pm (Dublin time)
How well do you know Rosemary?
During this intimate night, Claire McGrath, Co-Founder of the Yo Soy Gaia Apothecary and Co-Creator of the Yo Soy Gaia range of Yoni Herbs for Vaginal Steaming, will guide you on a deep journey to know Rosemary like you never before imagined.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
We will begin our evening with the who, what, where, why and when of vaginal steaming followed by a communal vaginal steam ceremony featuring Rosemary. The ceremony will be accompanied by a guided meditation that includes music composed specifically for Rosemary. While it’s medicinal essence sanctifies each cell of your body, allow this ancient teacher to take you on a profound journey in which it reveals the messages it has for you personally.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Once our steam ceremony has ended, it is time to rest and continue sweating, as indicated by the guardians of this ancient Maya medicine. Meanwhile, Claire will tell you the story of Rosemary, including its folklore, its magic and the spiritual and medicinal properties that have led this plant to be venerated worldwide throughout millennia. We will also examine some of the ways that we can incorporate Rosemary into our daily lives
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
The Bean Feasa (Wise Woman) Path is committing yourself to discovering WHO each plant is, not just what it is used for. We often treat plants as our tools, here for us to pick and use whenever we feel like it, as if they hadn’t been here for millions of years before us. When we recognise the plants as our teachers and us their students, they transmit their knowledge to us in the most incredible ways, transcending the limitations of human communication and of what we believe possible.

Not sure how to do a vaginal steam at home?
Don’t panic. It is actually a very simple process as demonstrated in the video below. You can enable English subtitles by clicking on the CC icon on the bar at the bottom of the video.
You do not need any special equipment or chair to participate, as long as you can maintain the following position during approximately 20 minutes.
If you have back/knee issues that might make this difficult for you, you may wish to acquire or adapt a chair, as seen in the image below, or alternatively, you can also push 2 chairs together so that they are facing each other, leaving a gap between them for the steam to pass through.
